关心粮食和蔬菜,不是“从明天开始”,而是BMH食堂每天都在真切落实的事情。

在BMH幼儿园,2-6岁孩子们的餐饮是园内工作重要的一环。每天的“两点一餐”(早点、午餐、午点)时间,看着孩子们大口吃饭,看着他们和小伙伴与老师们共享美味,都让我们幸福感满满。而为了这样的时刻,BMH的后勤团队付出了巨大的努力。

食品安全的保障,营养搭配的要求,饮食文化的重视,让BMH每个孩子能够好好吃饭,爱上吃饭。

安全安心每一餐

幼儿园拥有200平方的专属厨房,3位拥有丰富技能的高级厨师,孩子们的每一道餐点,小到一块香酥的曲奇,大到一个喷香的汉堡,都出自我校厨师之手。我们的食堂未曾承包给任何一家供应商,每位厨师都是BMH的一员,一心一意对学校的餐饮负责。

厨房工作人员每天的工作都严格遵循规定,上岗前的测温消毒、加工食材的标准化操作、烹饪的专业流程化、卫生清洁的常规化,都在切实保障出品的安全。

食材供应商我们选用了资质齐全的大型的公司:深圳鼎和盛食品及深圳市天山贸易商行。所有的食材都严格查验当批次检验合格证明,确保食材的新鲜与卫生。

BMH的食堂也多年获得餐饮量化等级A级证书,公开透明、严格规范的管理让我们能够对孩子的每一餐负责。

营养均衡每一餐

幼儿园每日的“两点一餐”食谱都经过精心的设计与安排,既满足孩子的营养需求,又能确保美味可口。

食堂中西合璧的饮食设计深受孩子们的喜爱,每日都有中西餐主食和高品质牛奶提供,每一餐都有足量水果供应,点心不提供油炸食品,每周不低于三次的鱼肉蛋白摄入......这些准则确保了高品质的餐食供应。

幼儿园专门成立了膳食委员会,家长代表定期与园方展开会议、走进后厨,对学校食堂进行监督与建议。每月的餐单与每周的餐食也会通过公众号进行公示,让所有家长都能了解孩子每天的餐食。

收获满满每一餐

学校的餐食不仅是一顿饭,更是教育的一部分。

我们的孩子会在饭前自行洗手,穿好罩衫,端好餐盘,回到坐自己的位置上进行用餐。我们希望孩子们能从小建立起餐桌礼仪,并对食物与餐桌伙伴保有尊重。

在午饭时间,你能看见班级老师和孩子们同桌而食,园长也会随机与某个班级共进午餐。他们会一起大口吃饭,聊聊今天餐食里的胡萝卜或牛肉,展示自己的“光盘”,告诉彼此自己喜欢的菜品。这样温馨的聚餐文化,孩子们每天都能够感受到。

每周四的“西餐日”,每月一次的自助餐和生日会,各种节日特供美食也是为孩子们特别设置的饮食体验环节。丰富多样的餐饮文化让孩子保持对吃饭的热情,同时学会各种类型的餐桌礼仪。

除了常规的“两点一餐”之外,每个班级也会围绕探究课程主题和节日,教孩子们自己动手做美食。中秋节,孩子们做月饼;端午节,一起动手包粽子;万圣节,南瓜饼也安排上......在动手的过程中,孩子们了解各种各样的食材,也加深对食物及探究主题的理解。

在今天,食物除了满足我们口腹之欲,也承载了健康的重任,被赋予了生活的乐趣。在BMH一年四季的一日三餐里,我们的孩子吃得健康、吃得安心、吃得开心,是舌尖上的享受,也是心间的快乐。

At BMH Pre School, meals for children aged 2-6 years are an important part of the Pre school"s work. Every day at mealtime, it fills us with happiness to watch the children feast on their meals and to see them and their friends share a delicious meal with their teachers. The BMH logistics team works very hard to make these moments happen.

Food safety is guaranteed, nutrition is assured, and food culture is valued so that every child at BMH can eat well and love to eat.

With a 200 square foot kitchen and three skilled senior chefs, every child"s meal, from a crispy biscuit to a delicious burger, comes from the hands of our chefs.

The kitchen staff work to strict regulations every day, with temperature testing and sterilisation before starting work, standardised preparation of ingredients, professional cooking procedures and hygiene and cleaning routines, all ensuring the safety of our food.

We use large, fully qualified suppliers: Shenzhen Dinghe Sheng Food and Shenzhen Tianshan Trading Company. All ingredients are strictly checked and certified to ensure the freshness and hygiene of the ingredients.

BMH"s canteen has also been awarded an A-grade certificate in the quantitative food and beverage classification for many years. The open, clear and strict management allows us to be responsible for every meal served to our children.

Balanced Diet

The daily recipes are carefully designed and arranged to meet the nutritional needs of the children while ensuring that they are tasty and delicious.

The cafeteria"s mixed Chinese and Western diet is very popular with the children. Both Chinese and Western main meals and high quality milk are served daily, a sufficient amount of fruit is served at each meal, no fried food is served for snacks and no less than three times a week fish and protein is consumed ...... All of these standards ensure that high quality meals are served.

A Meals Committee has been set up and parent representatives meet regularly with the school and go into the kitchen to monitor. The monthly menu and weekly meals are also publicised through the wechat post so that all parents are aware of their child"s daily meals.

Food Culture

The school meal is not just a meal, it is part of the education.

Our children wash their own hands before the meal, take their plates and return to their seats for the meal. We hope they will develop table manners from an early age and respect for their food and table buddies.

At lunchtime you can see the class teachers eating at the same table as the children, and Ms Angela will also share lunch with a class. They will eat together, talk about the carrots or beef in today"s meal and tell each other their favourite dishes.

"Western Food Day", a monthly buffet and birthday party, various festive treats are also part of the food experience for the children. The rich and varied dining culture keeps children enthusiastic about eating and learning all types of table manners.

In addition to the regular meals, each class also teaches the children to make their own food around the theme of the inquiry curriculum and festivals. For the Mid-Autumn Festival, the children made moon cakes; for the Dragon Boat Festival, they worked together to make Zongzi; and for Halloween, they made pumpkin cakes......

Nowadays,food carries more meaning than just satisfying our appetites. At BMH, three meals a day, all year round, our children eat healthy, balanced food, a treat for the tongue and a joy for the heart.
